We left Catalina on Friday, August 27, headed for Newport Beach. On the way to Newport Beach, we sighted at least 1000 dolphins and a couple of blue whales.

We did not want to leave Catalina island. It was so much fun but we had to move on. If you ever go visit Two harbors in Catalina island, make sure you try their
Buffalo milk.

We arrived early afternoon. Checked in and paid for 5 days for a mooring ball at $5/ day. Not bad! They also have shower facilities.

After a week and a half in Newport Beach, we had to move on. It seems everywhere we went the sun comes out for a couple of days then we get fog and it doesn't seem to burn off until early afternoon. There were times when it doesn't. However, Lenard & I make the best of the day.
