Isla de Cedros - Cedros Village

Cedros Village is a day sail away from Isla de San Benito that is if the conditions are right. It took us 2 days to get to Cedros Village. We spent a night on the south side of the island.

We spent a couple of hours fishing for yellowtail during the morning hours before going to Cedros Village.Nada, nil, nyet, wala, nothing... We managed to catch a few rockfish and more whitefish - catch and release.

On our way to Cedros Village. Salt cargo ship from Japan.
Midnight Sun at anchor in Isla de Cedros

Exploring the Cedros Village, we've learned that the best time to mingle with the locals was after the sun sets.

Everything opens after 4pm with the exception of restaurants and supermarkets.
After 3 days and $100 dollars, we set sail to our next destination - Bahia Tortugas.
